About this role
As Technical Customer Quality Engineer, you are the keylink between the customer, project team and production, ensuring that the offered high-quality solutions meet the highest quality standards. You will work on international projects (mainly in Europe and Asia) and and play a key role in ensuring product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement within a global engineering environment. You are responsible for quality inspections, analyzing and resolving quality issues, and improving processes. Together with your team, you safeguard the quality of products and ensure that errors are prevented and not repeated. You strengthen quality awareness within the department and advise management on technical quality improvements, risks, and trends. The projects focus on designing and delivering power distribution solutions for national and international customers. The project management and engineering team is based in The Hague, while production takes place in several factories worldwide. Projects typically include switchgear, transformers, E-houses, automation, and protection systems. In this role, you will have frequent contact with customers, engineers in our factories, project managers, and lead electrical engineers.
