hold a completed degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical qualificationhave initial professional experience in maintenance, MRO, production or technical implementation within the aviation sector – ideally with exposure to military aviation programmes (e.g. A400M)have a solid technical understanding and are able to read, understand and assess technical drawings and documentationhave initial exposure to technical changes, modifications or maintenance activitiesexperience in a continued airworthiness or CAMO environment is an advantage, but not mandatorywork in a structured, communicative and solution‑oriented mannergood English skills are required; Spanish skills are considered a plus
