Job Title: PRINCIPAL SOFTWARE ENGINEER
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core, Angular, SQL, and AWS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable end-to-end solutions using Microsoft technologies and modern web frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop end-to-end applications using Microsoft technology stackBuild and maintain backend services using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity FrameworkDevelop responsive front-end applications using Angular (12+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3Work on n-tier architecture and ensure scalable, high-performance solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile (Scrum) environmentWrite and maintain unit tests (XUnit/ NUnit /MS Test)Implement RESTful APIs and web servicesTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficientlyProvide technical guidance and mentoring to team membersParticipate in code reviews and recommend best practicesNice to Have
Experience with Message Queuing (MSMQ) / ESBKnowledge of TDD / ATDD practices (FitNesse preferred)Exposure to Agentic AI concepts/toolsExperience with PowerShell scriptingPrevious experience in mentoring and leading teamsInternational project experienceSoft Skills

8–12 years of hands-on experience in full stack development using Microsoft technologiesStrong experience in backend development using .NET Core, C#, Web API, MVCGood knowledge of Angular (12+) and modern front-end technologiesStrong working experience with MS SQL Server and database designExperience in Entity Framework and ORM toolsGood understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design principles (SOLID)Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)Hands-on experience with UML and design documentationFamiliarity with Agile (Scrum) methodologiesExposure to AWS cloud services (deployment, hosting, or integration)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
