As part of the eLIMS-NG program, you will play a key role in transforming training content into structured, AI-ready knowledge assets. Your work will enable faster and more effective access to information through digital tools, including AI-driven support systems.

What You Will Do
Create Foundational Knowledge ContentTranscribe training and learning videos into clear, accurate written transcriptsEnsure completeness and alignment with the original training materialStructure Content for ReuseConvert transcripts into well-organized documents using defined formatsBreak content into structured sections such as chapters, timelines, and logical flowsEnsure content is easy to navigate and understandPrepare Content for AI and Digital UseStructure documentation to support searchability and reuseOrganize content so it can be effectively used within AI-driven tools and systemsEnsure Quality and ConsistencyMaintain high standards of accuracy, readability, and formatting consistencyApply defined templates and documentation guidelinesRefine outputs based on feedback and quality checks

BE Computer Science/MCA or any other Bachelor’s degree with the right experience
PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL CRITERIA:
Eurofins has a strong focus on the Performance Management system. This includes quarterly calibrations, half-yearly reviews and annual reviews. The KPIs shall be set and may vary slightly between projects. These will be communicated, documented during the first 30 days of your joining.
