Biopharmaceutical Operations & Equipment
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot large-scale equipment:Bacterial and viral analytical assays.TitrationsELISAPCROperate automated process controllers and perform cell culture in flasks, bioreactors, and fermenters.Compliance & Documentation
Perform all operations in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Write, revise, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Complete required documentation:GMP records, timecards, order requisitions, and reports.Sample & Data Management
Handle and store samples properly to ensure integrity.Collect and analyze process data using:Process control systemsMicrosoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Facility & Safety Maintenance
Clean production areas per SOPs.Maintain adequate inventory of supplies.Promote and adhere to safety protocols:MSDS guidelines, PPE usage, biohazard handling, and safety training. Communication & Teamwork
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.Communicate effectively across teams using verbal, written, and non-verbal methods. Ideal Candidate Traits

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in:Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or other physical sciencesAuthorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorshipHands-on experience or knowledge in:Biopharmaceutical productionCell cultureHarvest (centrifugation/filtration)Tangential and normal flow membrane filtrationChromatographyFamiliarity with aseptic techniques
