YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You support the business by designing and maintaining logical data architecture, including star schemas, cubes, and dimension tablesYou manage the technical execution of Redshift migration, optimizing table structures and query performance for efficient analyticsYou liaise with cross-functional teams to build reusable data models and ensure consistent KPI definitionsYou maintain data quality and integrity across key business datasets, establishing testing, documentation, and governance standardsYou receive and automate manual data processes by building pipelines and leveraging AI-powered coding assistantsYou assist with deep-dive analyses, translating business questions into analytical frameworks and synthesizing data into actionable recommendations for senior managementYOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience You have 2-5 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related role with demonstrated progression in scope and complexityEducation You have a bachelor’s degree in Math, Business, Data Analytics/Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and are authorized to work in PortugalTechnical Proficiency You possess SQL skills, experience with cloud data platforms (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake), and familiarity with BI/visualization tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI)Soft Skills You demonstrate strong communication skills, business literacy, and the ability to present complex data architecture decisions in EnglishCommitment to Excellence You are automation-minded, AI-fluent, and able to manage your own priorities with a self-directed approachAdditional Skills You are familiar with data modeling concepts, prompt engineeringWHAT WE OFFER
