YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and serviceYou pleasantly greet and guide all customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs from the first momentYou prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to maximize every interactionYou meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling, motivated by performance-based earningsYou handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, always organized, service-oriented and with a smileYOUR SKILLS MATTER
You are a proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience, motivated by targets and direct customer contactYou bring valuable experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental, with a service-oriented mindset and a track record of building customer relationshipsYou possess excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy direct customer interactionYou are comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and thrive under pressureYou are willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hoursMust be 21 years of age or older and hold a valid Provincial driver's licence with a clean driving record and must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureWHAT WE OFFER
