About this role
The Business Liaison Lead is accountable for the overall relationship between the OneHUB organization and internal business stakeholders that OneHUB supports. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent alignment between leadership of OneHUB, AbbVie’s centralized in-house contact center hub, championing business needs, and coordination of execution. The role is a central coordination and escalation point that owns governance, prioritization, issue resolution, and dependency management across OneHUB to ensure OneHUB meets the business needs and expectations and continuously adapts to evolving business priorities.
Enterprise and Business Interface
Act as the primary interface between OneHUB leadership and supported business functionsTranslate business priorities, initiatives, and requirements into OneHUB execution plansEnsure consistent two-way communication between OneHUB and enterprise stakeholdersBe accountable for new program launches, existing program changes and other changes in business need that could warrant a temporary change/adaption of OneHUB operationsRelationship Management
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with business and GBS/internal teamsGather regular feedback to improve service delivery and stakeholder satisfactionCross-pillar Coordination
Orchestrate cross-pillar planning, prioritization, and dependency managementFacilitate alignment across frontline and support pillars to enable integrated executionSupport resolution of cross-functional issues and execution risksGovernance and Escalation
Own governance forums and prioritization mechanisms across OneHUBServe as a central escalation point for enterprise initiatives requiring cross-One Hub coordinationEnsure clear decision pathways and accountability for complex initiativesPerformance Monitoring & Reporting
Track and communicate key performance indicators for OneHUB initiativesAnalyze performance and recommend improvements where neededChange Management
Lead or support the communication and rollout of change initiativesEnsure all teams are well-informed, engaged, and supported during transitionsStrategic Input and Continuous Improvement
Contribute insights to strategic planning to align OneHUB services with evolving business needsIdentify and drive opportunities for process improvement and efficiencyStakeholder Education
Educate stakeholders on OneHUB capabilities, processes, and the value they deliver Experience Required
10+ years of experience in enterprise execution, transformation, PMO, or Chief-of-Staff–type roles within cross-functional, multi-layered organizations, ideally with background in pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences companiesDemonstrated track record in aligning senior stakeholders across dependent functions, managing critical interdependencies, facilitating decision-making, and resolving execution challengesStrong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive outcomes without direct authorityEducation Required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field requiredMaster’s degree, MBA or equivalent preferred Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law:
The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of thisposting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location,and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
