Care assistant EQF 3 Job description The activities with the patients are varied and comprise, among other things: - caring for, nursing and guiding the clients in accordance with the life care plans; - (under supervision) drawing up or adjusting life care plans in accordance with the needs of the client; - coordinating the provision of care and services within a care department; - monitoring and promoting the quality and quantity of care provided; - liaising with and collaborating with the care coordinator; - issuing and administering medicines. Requirements You must have a passion for the provision of top quality care, paying sincere attention to the client! Besides this, as a candidate we seek from you: - strong communication and social skills; - care assistant diploma - EQF 3; - English level B1; - a strong sense of responsibility and empathy; - demonstrating initiative and creativity in proposing solutions; - working in accordance with the ruling norms and quality standards.
