This role is focused on executing, coordinating, and strengthening the operational backbone of the company. In alignment with the CEO and CTO you will ensure that supply chain, procurement, project execution and internal operations are efficiently structured and reliably delivered. You will allow the CEO and CTO to focus on growth, technology, and strategic development. Depending on performance and company growth, this position can evolve into: - Chief Operating Officer (COO) - General Manager - Operations Director CSBR BV is supplying sustainable petrochemical-substitutes from agro-wastes, helping the industry with the decarbonisation rehab. INTRO TO CASHEW-SHELL BIOREFINERY CSBR BV There are 5 Mil. tonnes of cashew-nuts-shells worldwide, every year. CSBR BV is a start-up, upscaling a unique technology involving the synthesis of sustainable and low-tox meta-aromatic additives and resins, from an oil in the shells of cashew nuts. CSBR BV replaces traditional petrol-derived solutions with drop-in replacements, helping industrial materials-formulators with achieving a balance of safety, performance, sustainability and value for money. CSBR BV aligns with the current European environmental policies.
