About this role
1) Work within the Trainer Group to apply the newest science and develop shared knowledge to ensure the highest standard of training for all riders. Design Training Programs that are consistent in a) training objectives, b) phase of periodisation, and c) Rider Profiles and Character tics. 2) Develop on-bike training for allocated riders in line with Team Goals and Performance Development Plans. Daily and monthly data analysis and reporting for assigned riders to ensure that training is implemented as planned, to evaluate if the training is meeting the objectives. 3) Work within a Keep Challenging philosophy and bring drive, integrity and motivation to all aspects of the role. Demonstrate all aspects of Teamwork with both colleagues and riders.
