Your role as Payroll Implementation Manager As Payroll Implementation Manager, you are the driving force behind the successful implementation of Kontek Payroll Software for the Swedish market. You combine technical system knowledge with a sharp understanding of Swedish labour law and payroll regulations. You switch effortlessly between project management, stakeholder communication and substantive advice, maintaining oversight in a complex international context. You ensure that implementation trajectories run in a structured, timely and compliant manner. With your hands-on mentality and fluent Swedish language skills, you are the indispensable link in this project.
