About this role
You will be working with the Human Rights team to deliver the Fashion with Integrity strategy. On day-to-day basis you will be supporting the management of the ASOS Design Human Rights Programme, contributing to audit management, data management, reporting and administration.
What you’ll be doing…
Support new factory onboarding and help communicate ASOS requirements to suppliersAssist in organising and reviewing human rights audits, including helping to assign risk ratingsMaintain the internal human rights system (TrusTrace) by entering data, updating records and generating reportsHelp track audit findings and follow up on corrective actions with guidance from the teamWork with internal teams, suppliers and third parties to support remediation activitiesAssist with engagement activities involving external stakeholders and NGOsBuild working relationships with the Responsible Sourcing team, suppliers and external partnersPrepare basic reports, presentations and updates for internal teamsSupport external reporting requirements, including website and annual reportingRespond to information requests from internal teams and external stakeholdersDevelop knowledge of ethical trade and human rights topicsProvide support on projects and day-to-day programme activitiesShare ideas and feedback to help improve ways of workingAssist with general administrative tasks as neededSupporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies We’d love to meet someone with…
A strong interest in human rights, labour rights or ethical tradeSome relevant experience ideal but not necessary (e.g. internship, placement, or entry-level role in sustainability, retail, NGO or consultancy)Basic understanding of ethical trade standards (e.g. ETI Base Code is a plus)Good written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to gather and organise information for reportingConfidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)A collaborative and proactive approach to teamworkWillingness to learn and adapt in new situationsAbility to travel if required BeneFITS’
