About this role
Candidates should have at least 24 months of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, facilities maintenance, critical infrastructure or a similar technical environment. Experience in a data centre, mission-critical facility, telecom, banking infrastructure, hospital, industrial plant or 24/7 operational environment is preferred. For a higher-level match, candidates should have experience with preventive/corrective maintenance, MV/LV systems, UPS, generators, switchgear, BMS/EPMS monitoring, incident response and safe work procedures such as PTW, LOTO, SOP, MOP and EOP. For a professional data centre environment in North Holland, we are looking for a practical and safety-minded technical specialist who can help keep critical infrastructure reliable, available and secure. In this role, you will work with electrical and mechanical systems such as power distribution, UPS systems, generators, switchgear, BMS/EPMS monitoring and critical alarms. You will support preventive and corrective maintenance, daily inspections, troubleshooting, incident response and contractor coordination in a live 24/7 operational environment. This is not a standard office-based technical role. The challenge is to work accurately, safely and calmly in an environment where uptime, procedures and teamwork are essential. The role is suitable for candidates with experience as an Electrical Technician, Maintenance Engineer, Site Engineer, Servicemonteur Elektrotechniek, Installatiemonteur Elektrotechniek, Data Centre Technician or Critical Facilities Technician.
