Good technical documentation skills

Ability to reason through engineering trade-offs

Fluent written and spoken English

We value:

Experience in hardware-adjacent, lab, or cyber-physical systems

Background in scientific, research, or experimental environments

Strong Python skills for automation and tooling

Experience with long-running, stateful workloads

Familiarity with firmware, control systems, or real-time constraints
