The Role
As Recruiter - Western Europe, you’ll play a key role in connecting Bodycote with the external talent market, driving attraction and hiring solutions to support business performance and growth. You’ll take ownership of end to end recruitment across Western Europe, with a particular focus on France and Germany, delivering meaningful outcomes for our business, our customers, and the industries we serve.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings:
Strong sourcing capability, with solid experience in identifying and engaging talent across France and Germany using a variety of recruitment channels and tools
A continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes and enhancing Talent Acquisition practices
The ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions through a collaborative and consultative approach
Fluency in English, French, and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

The preferred location is either Germany or France. Some travel may be required depending on business needs.
