We are looking for someone who:
Is a practising Catholic in accordance with the definition of a practising Catholic (see additional information) and is committed to supporting and promoting the Catholic ethos of the school.
Is an inspirational and ambitious leader with a passion for primary education.
Has a proven track record of excellent classroom practice and improving outcomes for all pupils.
Can motivate, support, and develop staff through strong and compassionate leadership.
Has high expectations of achievement, behaviour, and inclusion for every child.
Will contribute positively to the strategic leadership and continued development of the school.
Builds strong relationships with children, families, staff, governors, and the wider parish community.
