About this role
We are looking for Class Teachers to join our friendly, committed and hardworking team at this successful, highly regarded primary school, from September 2026. ECT and Main Pay Scale teachers are welcome to apply. Both posts available are to cover maternity leave. One post is full time until December 2026 and the other is 40% until January 2027.
As a school we are mindful of wellbeing and have introduced the following to support worklife balance of staff.
staff meetings are only 1 hour and other CPD is creatively planned into the school working-day through Team Meetings and a supportive coaching model regular release for subject leaders to support their subject leadership PPA at home shared team planning within a 3-form entry primary an SLT which is supportive and are streamlining systems and processes to reduce unnecessary paperwork and workload. Exploration of how technology can support workload We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and excellent classroom practitioner, who has a proven record of improving the quality of education within a school.
