The Role
Provide operational leadership and support within the Learning Support department, helping to ensure that SEND provision, staffing, interventions and student support are delivered effectively and consistently.Work closely with the SENDCo to coordinate day-to-day operations in LS and support and promote the effective implementation of SEND provision and inclusive practice across the school.The Ideal Candidate
Qualified and Enthusiastic SEND specialist with the ability to teach at all levels. Applications are equally welcome from experienced or newly-qualified teachers. What We Offer
Part-time hours will be considered for suitably qualified candidates. For a successful candidate with PGCE credits, we are able to support the completion of an MA or SEND qualification.
