The Role
As Reception Class Teacher, you will:
Create a warm, purposeful and enabling environment that supports curiosity, independence and wellbeingPlan and deliver high-quality teaching and continuous provision grounded in strong EYFS pedagogyUse observation and assessment responsively to shape learning and next stepsWork collaboratively with colleagues across school and Trust to ensure coherence and consistencyBuild positive relationships with families and communicate children’s progress clearlyWhat We Offer

For the right candidate, this role offers the exciting opportunity to lead our Early Years provision, with a TLR 2.1 payment of £3,527.
