About this role
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, caring, inclusive and committed staff member, who in the absence of the class teacher will deliver lessons to a high standard.
We are looking for a Cover Supervisor with the following attributes / experience:
Experience as working as either a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor in a school setting.
Knowledge of planning, preparing and delivering learning for EYS, KS1 and / or KS2 children.
Ability to motivate and engage children, recognising individual need and able to adapt tasks to meet these needs.Proven ability to work well under pressure, is flexible, organised and able to use initiative.Have a love for learning and act as an ambassador for the school by supporting the school’s mission built on the primacy of learning, high expectations and good discipline.Be a significant presence and role model for children and staff.
