Essential Qualifications and Skills
NVQ Level 3 (CCLD) or above in Childcare and Early Years Education Experience of working within an early years setting A commitment to delivering high-quality care and learning experiences Excellent communication and teamwork skills A warm, nurturing and enthusiastic approach to working with children and families
