Term Time + 5 days and inset days

Monday - Thursday from 8.15am - 4.05pm & Friday from 8.15am - 3.35pm

Salary Scale: STCAT LL4 SCP09 - SCP13

£23,585 - £25,151

Self-motivated and emotionally resilientAble to work in an organised and methodical way, prioritising needs and managing workload, working effectively and calmly under pressureAble to maintain confidentialityICT literate, specifically in SIMs, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet ExplorerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to relate well to school staff, students of all abilities, parents and carersAble to supervise individual, small and large groups of studentsExperience of working in a school setting (desirable)Some experience of working with outside agencies to assist with the administration of further education (desirable)Willingness to support the faith ethos of the school (there is no requirement to be Catholic)Open and constructive, accepting of feedback and always willing to learnA ‘can do’ positive approach: energetic and enthusiastic with an excellent sense of humourExcellent attendance and punctuality recordWillingness to be flexible at busy times of the academic year and ability to attend extra-curricular activitiesInterview date: To be confirmed
