About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and committed Class Teacher to join our team. This role is open to teachers at all stages of their career, whether you're newly qualified or bring a wealth of experience. You will bring strong classroom practice and a commitment to inclusive, high-quality teaching and learning.

You will be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team, working collaboratively to deliver creative and engaging learning experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping the learning journey of our children, building strong relationships, and fostering a culture of curiosity, kindness, and achievement.

Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all childrenCreate a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel valued and motivated to learnUse a range of assessment strategies to monitor progress and inform next steps in learningSet high expectations for behaviour, learning, and personal development, fostering a positive classroom cultureWork collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leaders to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practicesBuild strong relationships with children, families, and the wider school community to support children’s developmentReflect on and continuously improve your practice through professional development and feedbackContribute to the wider life of the school, including events, enrichment activities, and school improvement initiatives
