We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Safeguarding and Child Protection Lead to oversee operational responsibility for safeguarding and child protection within the school.
We are looking for someone who:
has the ability to work independently as well as part of a team supporting studentis motivated and passionate about supporting the well-being and welfare of our studentscan demonstrate they have the experience and deep understanding of students needshas experience and a broad knowledge of safeguarding and child protection legislation, policy and practice is able to lead on the tracking, monitoring, planning and delivery of safeguarding training to colleaguesGeorge Spencer Academy is a World Class School with a national reputation for providing high quality education.
