We are looking for someone who:
Shares our values of Aspire, Believe and SucceedHolds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant Level 6 qualification or equivalentHas experience working with children in an educational setting, including within a primary school environmentHas experience supporting pupils with SEND in a mainstream classroomDemonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management skillsHas a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching and learning practicesUses assessment and pupil progress data effectively to secure excellent outcomesIs committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of childrenBuilds positive relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues and the wider communityIs passionate about professional development and improving outcomes for all learners
