You’ll be expected to:
Champion safeguarding and pupil, staff, wellbeingPlan and deliver inspiring activities.Manage staffing levels and maintain ratios.Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and professionals.Create a positive team culture, supporting staff development and training.Assist with the administration required to run the club effectively.Drive continuous improvement and high-quality provision.Cover both Before and After School Clubs, and Holiday Club (actual shift pattern TBC).
