The White Horse Federation is seeking a proactive and experienced Regional Site Manager to support the effective management of our school estates across a group of academies.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate site operations across multiple schools, ensuring our learning environments are safe, well-maintained and fit for purpose.
Reporting to the Regional Estates Manager, you will:
Oversee day-to-day site operations across a cluster of schoolsLine manage and support Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and cleaning teamsEnsure high standards of maintenance, cleanliness and presentation across all sitesManage planned and reactive maintenance programmesCoordinate and monitor contractors, ensuring compliance and quality of work [Assistant...escription | PDF]Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation, including statutory checks and record keeping [Assistant...escription | PDF]Support school leaders with estates planning, development and improvementContribute to estates strategy and capital projects across the TrustRespond to emergencies and provide out-of-hours support where required
All About you
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in site or estates management, ideally within a school or multi-site environmentHas strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance requirementsDemonstrates experience managing staff and contractorsIs organised, practical and solutions-focused with a hands-on approachCan work flexibly across multiple locationsHas excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsRelevant qualifications such as IOSH/NEBOSH (or willingness to work towards) are desirable.
