We are seeking a proactive and approachable Student Liaison Officer to join Eastern Education Group. The successful candidate will bring excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice, and good report-writing abilities, along with experience of working with young people in mainstream and/or SEND settings. Ideally the right candidate will have experience in the police force or armed forces or other careers that require high levels of personal decision making and negotiation skills. Educated to Level 3, you will be enthusiastic, flexible, patient, and able to use your initiative while working within Eastern Education Group policies and procedures. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to student safety, wellbeing, inclusion, and engagement across the Eastern Education Group.
