About this role
The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated teaching assistant to join a talented, creative and caring team of professionals.
We are looking for someone who will:
Have experience supporting children with SEND, particularly pupils with autism and communication and interaction needsSupport learning across the primary age rangeHave high expectations of children’s achievements and personal developmentBe able to work effectively with colleagues as part of a teamFully support the Catholic ethos of the schoolBe willing and able to support the inclusion of pupils with a range of needs, adapting approaches to meet individual learning, sensory and social-emotional needsDemonstrate patience, empathy and an understanding of strategies that support autistic pupils to thrive in school At St Marie’s we can offer:
