About this role
The successful candidate will begin with us in January 2027 and have the qualities below:
Be an excellent early year’s classroom practitioner, committed to child centred learning with experience of supporting children with a range of complex learning and physical needs.Have a clear understanding of how to develop every child to their full potential.Have a passion for play and a love for learning outdoorsbe observant and will be motivated to engage in reflective practice and a researching approachHave proven leadership, management and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and be an excellent role model for others, including mentoring students.Have an understanding of the unique safeguarding vulnerabilities of SEND learners and be willing to be a deputy DSL.Work as part of a team and work closely with practitioners across all of our services to be a model and advocate for inclusive provision.
