King Edward VI Handsworth Wood Girls’ Academy is seeking to appoint an ambitious, inspirational and dedicated Teacher of English to join our successful and supportive English Faculty. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate practitioner to contribute to a high-performing school committed to raising achievement for all learners.
About the RoleAs a Teacher of English, you will deliver engaging, challenging and well-structured lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially KS5), ensuring all students make excellent progress. You will plan, assess and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, contribute to curriculum development, and support the wider life of the Academy.
