We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Construction and Management team as a Senior Lecturer in Quantity Surveying.
Reporting to the Head of Construction and Management, you will plan, design, develop and deliver a range of high-quality programmes of study at all levels, ensuring that programme design and delivery comply with the academic quality standards and regulations. The role includes leading and teaching on programmes and modules in quantity surveying and construction management, supervising research projects, and supporting students in achieving their full academic potential.

Key Responsibilities
As the successful candidate you will:
Demonstrate knowledge of current & emerging developments in the field of quantity surveying & commercial management Initiate & lead in the development & delivery of taught programmes and/or research in the field of Quantity Surveying & Construction Management programmes, with outstanding delivery & support of learning Lead & ensure effectiveness of a major project/programme/ subject area team, developing and/or improving procedures, organising & promoting interdisciplinary studies & developing collaborative arrangements to support teaching Motivate, coach & support students with a range of individual learning styles & development needs Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal & team-working skills
