Located in a beautiful Suffolk village, Fairways supports adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge. The home provides longer term placements for individuals who require round the clock care and support. Your Day-to-Day: Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach to all individuals in our care Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way Assist with medical & welfare needs & report as required Support management in the day-to-day running of the service< br /> Undertake supervisory & administrative responsibilities Safeguard Maintain a safe and clean environment for all.You are: An experienced Support Worker ready to step up to a new challenge Genuinely driven to make a difference in peoples lives Confident, assertive & ambitious for yourself, service users & the organisation An excellent communicator & good team player Sensitive & intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment Able to empower & support service user independence Organised, committed & keen to develop your management & leadership skills.Why Cygnet?
