An opportunity to join one of the south coasts largest GP practices, currently rated CQC Outstanding, serving 39,000 patients across 5 sites. We are recruiting a team leader for our busy Workflow and Safeguarding team. Key attributes we are looking for include Team Leadership, Workflow & Process Management, Reporting and Compliance and ProblemSolving.
Main duties of the job
Oversee the processing of inbound correspondence - ensuring patient communications are processed efficiently and securely.
Team Leadership supervising the team, setting priorities, delegating tasks, coaching, and handling performance reviews.
Workflow & Process Management designing and improving admin processes, ensuring consistency, and accuracy.
Reporting & Compliance preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
ProblemSolving handling unexpected issues, from IT access problems to liaising with partner organisations.

Job description Job responsibilities
To manage the Workflow and Safeguarding Team Administrators including all first-line HR responsibilities, such as training, appraisal, support with welfare needs and absence management.
To be accountable for the completion of administrative tasks within required timescales and to manage the team accordingly to achieve this, in partnership with the IT & Data Quality Manager, when necessary.
To undertake workflow audits to maintain a Quality Improvement culture across the Practice, leading by example.
To assist the IT and Data Quality Manager with achieving QOF and other contractual targets
