Job summary We are looking for a confident Assistant Psychologist with a passion for delivering outstanding care. Youll be working full time, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Sedgley House and Lodge.

Cygnet Sedgley House and Cygnet Sedgley Lodge offer a 34 bed high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) service for men with complex needs. The service is designed to provide an environment that promotes mental health recovery by focusing on space, personal privacy and dignity.

We are looking for an Assistant Psychologist to join our team at Cygnet Sedgley House & Lodge.This role will be working full time, 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

Cygnet Sedgley House and Lodge offer a 34 bed high dependency inpatient rehabilitation service for men with complex needs as well as supporting 8 beds in our community step-down houses. The service is designed to provide an environment that promotes mental health recovery by focusing on space, personal privacy and dignity.

Cygnet Sedgley House and Lodge is a multi-disciplinary and psychologically informed service. The focus is on nurturing an enabling environment to deliver a clinical model, developed specifically to meet the needs of service users within an operational framework, providing a high quality environment for promoting long-term recovery.

Your Day-to-DayWe are seeking an academically strong candidate to support and enhance the psychological care of patients at the service by assisting the Qualified Psychologist with; Contributing to assessments, scoring and reporting (verbal / written) Clinical formulation and implementing care plans for psychological treatment Planning, delivering and evaluating individual / group programmes Administration, audit, research and service developmentWere looking for some one who is Salary: £28,826.70 per year Degree qualified in Psychology (2:1 or above) or equivalent BPS (British Psychological Society) Accredited Preferably experienced in health care and/or in an Assistant Psychologist role Passionate about learning and working as part of an interdisciplinary team Qualified to Masters degree level or higher in Psychology (preferable)Why Cygnet?
