Job summary

The Salaried GP Role - Castle Surgery is seeking a motivated, committed, and forward-thinking Salaried GP to join our friendly, multidisciplinary team. Located in the heart of Neath Town Centre, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with an established patient list of 9,921. The role includes a potential future partnership for the right candidate.

Main duties of the job

Main Responsibilities

Provide high-quality primary care services to registered and temporary patients Conduct 28 consultations per day (face-to-face and telephone) Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Prescribe in line with the practice formulary Support disease prevention and long-term condition management Offer leadership and clinical input to the wider team Mentor or support junior staff, Physicians Associates and medical students from Swansea University. Benefit from streamlined workflow admin responsible only for your own test results and letters Minimal medication queries handled by the pharmacy team Home visits required very occasionally, when Advanced Paramedic Practitioner is unavailable Attend Clinical meetings Promote QI projects How to Apply

Fully Registered and Qualified with the General medical Council
