About this role

Job summary

As one of the North West's leading medical practices, we are here for our patients each day. We've seen it all - new borns, old age, we're experts in the human body and human emotions. We also see people at the best and most difficult times of their lives. We don't do it for the thank you - we do it because we want to make a difference.

Being a Patient Services Apprentice, you'll learn through on and off the job training, underpinned by a national qualification how to provide a professional and efficient patient experience.

Do you have an enthusiasm and passion for learning? Do you understand and have an appreciation for what is required to provide an exceptional service? If the answer is YES, you could have the opportunity to make life a bit better.

Were not a 9-5 service and successful candidates must be able to work Monday - Friday, with some days starting at 7.45am, and others finishing at 7.00pm, but not on the same day!

Main duties of the job

Our previous Patient Services Apprentices have all secured permanent roles within the Practice, with one achieving an overall Apprenticeship with Distinction, and another being promoted to another role within the Practice.

During your training period, you will be remunerated at the National Minimum / Living Wage. Upon achievement of your qualification, which will probably take up to 15 months and subject to a permanent role being available, you will be remunerated at £25,272 per annum, plus some of the best benefits available in the UK today.

Does this sound like you? Are you excited about this potential next chapter in your life... Great - we need to hear from you!
