Job summary
We are recruiting a GP to cover 4- 6 sessions a week. Full BMA contract will be offered.The role would be employed directly by Arrow Surgery, with full HR and contractual support managed by us. The post is currently funded via ARRS, however we would work with the appointed individual to seek continuity wherever possible should national funding arrangements change.
Main duties of the job
Provide general medical services to our patients during normal working our (currently Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:30). We have some flexibility over session days and start and finish times.
About us
We are a small-medium sized practice, list size 6,780, working from a purpose-built facility in Alcester, Warwickshire. You would be joining five other GPs, two nurses and one Senior HCA , as well as administration staff. We are active members of our PCN and GP Federation and have good links with the community nursing teams and local pharmacy who both share our building with us. We offer a high standard of service to our population, and we have a very high level of patient satisfaction.

To provide GP appointments, including a small number of home visits, and administrative duties (e.g. results, prescriptions) within your hours of work. You will not be expected to do any more, nor less than the current GP's carry out at present. You would be providing 4-6 sessions a week over 2/3 days. There may be some additional roles within the practice you may be asked to help with. These will also be within your normal working hours. There is no on-call or out of hours commitment (outside of 08:00 - 18:30). Full BMA GP terms and conditions of employment will be offered.

Qualifications Essential
