Main duties of the job The Registered Manager will lead a dedicated team in a community-focused care setting, guiding and inspiring the team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with CQC guidelines, creating a thriving environment for residents, personalising and reviewing care plans, conducting audits and risk assessments, and managing staffing and budgets. The role requires a proven track record in managing care or nursing homes, a QCF Level 4 in Health & Social Care or willingness to achieve, experience supporting vulnerable client groups, and knowledge of CQC regulations.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Proven track record in managing care or nursing homes; A QCF Level 4 in Health & Social Care or willingness to achieve this; Experience supporting vulnerable client groups and leading multidisciplinary teams; Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and the UK care landscape.
