Patient registrations and deductions
QOF, screening recalls (diabetic eye, smears)
SystemOne tasks, referrals, and 2ww tracking
Supporting the Practice Manager with projects and operations

Varied role no two days are the same
Great location in South Kensington
If you have the right skills and attitude, we would love to hear from you.
Main duties of the job
You will be the warm welcome patients remember and the reliable support our team depends on.
On reception, you will greet patients face-to-face, answer phone calls, book and cancel appointments, and handle queries with patience and professionalism.
In admin, you will keep the practice running smoothly. This includes processing patient registrations and deductions, running QOF recalls (diabetic eye screening, smears), chasing outstanding referrals, and tracking 2ww pathways. You will also clear SystemOne tasks, assist with dictation, and support the Practice Manager with monthly compliance checks like fire extinguisher logs and stationery orders.
No two days are the same. One moment you are helping a patient at the desk, the next you are updating a dashboard or sending patient letters.
This role is varied, rewarding, and perfect for someone who enjoys both people-facing and desk-based work. You will work closely with a small, friendly team who support each other every day.
About us
Chelsea Medical Service is a small, two-partner GP practice based in South Kensington. We serve just under 3,500 patients small enough to offer genuine continuity of care, but busy enough to keep you on your toes.
