We are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join our Programme Management Office (PMO) team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a range of organisational projects, ensuring they are effectively coordinated, accurately documented, and delivered in line with governance and reporting requirements.This is a permanent, full time role working on a hybrid arrangement over Monday to Friday. Travel to BPAS Head Office will typically be monthly, although this will vary depending on project needs. About You
You will have proven experience working within an administrative or project support environment, where you have managed priorities and maintained accurate records and documentation.
You will be highly organised, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders internally and externally. With excellent attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and a positive collaborative approach to supporting project delivery.
Familiarity with project management processes or tools would be advantageous.
Main duties of the job
Coordinate project meetings, stakeholder communications, and project-related queries, liaising with both internal and external colleagues as necessary.
Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, action logs, and reports, ensuring records are updated and compliant with governance requirements.
Monitor and update project timelines, meeting schedules, and key deadlines, supporting Project Managers with the smooth delivery of projects.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other project documentation, while supporting continuous improvement of project administration processes.

Knowledge of administrative procedures including document management, reporting, meeting coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Good attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.

Salary: £26,444 - £31,101 per annum (£14.13 - £16.61p/h) - depending on skills/experience.
Hours Per Week: 36
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 17:00 | Friday 09:00 to 15:30
Location: Hybrid working with visits to BPAS Head office typically on a monthly basis. This could vary depending on project needs. Travel may also be required to other BPAS locations in line with business needs

Knowledge and Skills Essential
Basic understanding of project management terminology and processes. Knowledge of document control, versioning, and confidentiality standards. Awareness of organisational policies on safeguarding, equality, and inclusion. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.
General Essential
