Main duties of the job Are you already an experienced Senior Care Assistant or a Care Assistant looking to take the next step in your career? Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

A caring nature, effective communication, relationship-building skills, flexibility, and an approachable persona are essential. Experience as a Senior Care Assistant or a Care Assistant is preferred.
