The Wyre Forest Health Partnership (WFHP) is a large GP Partnership serving the Wyre Forest area. The Partnership has 5 practices in Kidderminster and the local area and serves 73,000 patients.
With practices situated in Kidderminster, Bewdley, Stourport and Hagley, WFHP serves both urban and semi-rural areas. We have several roles available with exact locations to be discussed at Interview, the successful applicants will be based at one of our established modern practices with the potential for cross organisational working.

We are looking for keen and enthusiastic Doctors who can demonstrate commitment to the delivery of high-quality patient centred medicine.
Main duties of the job
We support the development of specialist clinical interests. We have both salaried and partner GPs working as clinical leads for the partnership. There are also opportunities for other business and leadership development within the organisation.
Each routine session is capped at 15 contacts Limited home visiting - Dedicated home visiting is ANP led 6 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays 1 week guaranteed paid study leave per year. Innovative back-room function that minimises the need to review long term condition blood results or clinical letters. All GPs provided with a Laptop, Flexible working is supported. Support from a multi-disciplinary team including Pharmacists, Physiotherapists and Care-coordinators. Experienced Triage GPs who book appointments, all booked patient contact is GP appropriate. Regular funded salaried away day teaching sessions, where you meet with other salaried GPs from across the Partnership Structured induction package tailored to meet candidate needs. Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Professional qualification. Evidence of continuous development. Experience of working within Primary Care.
Experience Essential
Working independently. Auditing practices compliance against NICE technology assessment guidance.
Desirable
Previous experience/equivalent in Primary Care/GP practice role. Demonstrable track record of achievement in quality, patient safety and patient experience. Experience of effective partnership and working with internal and external stakeholders.
Personal Attributes Essential
