But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement, knowing that youve made someones life better.

Main duties of the job As a Healthcare Assistant at Elysium Healthcare's St Neots Neurological Centre, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals with neurological conditions. Your responsibilities will include joining a supportive team, engaging in ward rounds, analyzing behaviors, and updating patient records. You'll assist in delivering personal care, and adapting care strategies to aid patients along their recovery pathways. The role requires a compassionate, positive attitude, resilience, and vigilance. The shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week including nights and weekends.

Join the team at St Neots Neurological Service providing care, therapeutic and rehabilitation pathways for those affected by a neurological or mental health condition for which challenging behaviour may be the leading impairment.

St Neots Neurological Service is located in the centre of town and provides assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and complex care for both males and females suffering from a broad range of neurological conditions, which is provided by a highly experienced team based on site.

Caring experience is required along with a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and willingness to work with the team.
