You'll work with some of the most vulnerable people in society, providing specialist eating disorder care and support to children and young people aged 12-18. As a part of our team, you'll work 37.5 hours a week under the supervision of a Registered Dietitian. You'll be responsible for supporting day-to-day duties, including therapeutic interventions, baseline nutritional data collection, and reviewing young persons' nutritional needs. Your role will also involve preparing and updating resources, reviewing young peoples' compliance with dietary advice, and reporting on their progression. You'll assist in planning and facilitating training sessions, collect data for audits or research, promote healthy eating, and ensure documentation for safe discharge. Experience of working within a CAMHS and/or eating disorder service The NCFE CACHE level 2 Certificate in Healthcare Support Services OR The NCFE CACHE level 3 Diploma in Healthcare Support Associate member of the British Dietetic Association Demonstrate basic understanding of nutrition and dietetics as it relates to eating disorders An understanding of the needs and difficulties of people with mental health problems or other disabilities Theoretical knowledge of Eating Disorders Where you will be working:

Bere Clinic is a 12 bed Children and Young People's Mental Health Services (CYPMHS) to support young people aged 12-18 with eating disorders.
With an onsite school providing educational services while the young people are in our care and full multidisciplinary team, it’s a great opportunity to be part of something new and help shape its future.
