Job summary ABOUT THE ROLE As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Candidates should possess an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and have knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. Opportunities for career development and training are available, with progression possibilities into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.
