Main duties of the job The successful candidates will join the team at Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Wellbeing Service. Working as part of the Step 2 team, we will offer numerous prospects for learning and development through strong team support, clinical supervision, and integration with our Step 3 team. In addition to this we offer a comprehensive employee package including the opportunity to work flexibly across the locality.

This role will entail taking time to build up trust and effective relationships with individuals and representatives of community groups and services. We hope to receive applications from those who would be looking to stay for at least 18 months - 2 years which will provide some consistency.

Job description Job responsibilities Step 2 Community Liaison Lead (2 Posts Available)

Hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: AfC Band 6 £39,959 per annum, with progression to £48,117 per annum

Location: 1 position for South Staffordshire - which covers Cannock, Stafford, Burton & Uttoxeter, Tamworth, Lichfield and Burntwood and Seisdon. 1 position for North & Stoke which covers Newcastle-under-Lyme & Staffordshire Moorlands and Stoke-on-Trent.

Hybrid working arrangements but must be able to travel across the locality.

Do you have a passion for working with people who have common mental health problems and a desire to become part of a leadership and management team to manage and support the delivery of low-Intensity treatment across Staffordshire?

Do you have a passion for developing and enhancing the PWP role? Do you have the skills and drive to inform, influence, and empower members of the local community to engage in Talking Therapies. You will possess a clear understanding of the importance of equality and diversity and will strive to promote equality of access to Talking Therapies and social inclusion.

About The Role

You must be a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner who can provide evidence of at least two years of post qualification experience working within the PWP role. You will have completed the PWP Supervision Training. You will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of how anxiety and depression present in Primary Care. You will also be either BABCP or BPS registered.
