We are seeking a Dispenser with experience of working in a busy dispensary, which aims to provide an efficient and friendly service to all our patients. We require a pro-active, hardworking individual who can keep up with the fast pace and responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be expected to answer calls in a professional manner, demonstrate excellent communication skills, be adept at problem-solving, provide comprehensive assistance to customers, and effectively address any issues relating to prescriptions, medication availability, and general pharmacy services. They will possess a calm and professional manner when dealing with customers and colleagues. Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is desirable. Outstanding communication skills and a courteous, professional demeanour are essential for this position.
Main duties of the job
Daily duties will include working on the till, accurate dispensing, collaborate with GPs pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow, dealing with patient queries. Maintain inventory levels and perform stock management tasks, adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines related to pharmacy operations. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

We have a busy and hardworking team of 6, including dispensers and technicians. We work in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere as part of a close team within the larger team of Grey Gable Surgery.
