What is required from you? A Full UK driving licence Previous experience in a similar role is desirable Previous experience working adults with complex learning disabilitiesand health care needs, however let us know any personal experience, related background or qualifications as this experience is all relevant too The ability to work cooperativelyand professionallywith colleagues, service users and others A caring, patient and reliable nature 12 months on your Legal Right To Work Working 20hrs a week, Shift pattern 8am - 10:30am / 3pm - 5:30pmHow we achieve our outcomes with the people we support.As part of your day to day work you will be offering the following;

Supporting Activities of daily Living including social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals and budgeting.

Engaging- promoting and motivating people we support to enhance their quality of life

Specialising - supporting people who may need positive behavioural support approaches

Recording- keeping accurate records &reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

A Full UK driving licence is mandatory, along with previous experience in similar roles supporting adults with complex learning disabilities and healthcare needs. The ability to work cooperatively and professionally with colleagues and service users, a caring, patient, and reliable nature, and proof of legal right to work for at least 12 months are required. The role involves working 20 hours a week, covering shifts Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 10:30 AM and 3 PM to 5:30 PM.
